Eugene Patilio, also known as Frog-Man, is a Marvel Comics character known for his humorous take on superheroics and his rather unusual powers.
He first appeared in *Marvel Team-Up* #121 (September 1982). Inspired by heroes like Spider-Man, he sought to emulate them despite lacking extraordinary abilities.
Eugene wears a costume designed and partially created by his father, Vincent Patilio (Leap-Frog), featuring spring-loaded boots that allow him to perform impressive leaps. Although his powers are limited compared to other heroes, his earnest desire to do good and his signature leaping amphibian style make him a memorable figure.
